Directions

  1. 1Brown 3 pounds of beef in the pan.
  2. 2Season the beef with 8g garlic powder and 8g paprika.
  3. 3Mix the seasoning into the beef and let it cook.
  4. 4Cook 8oz protein pasta.
  5. 5In a bowl, combine 300g plain Greek yogurt, 40g sugar-free ketchup, 20g yellow mustard, 150g sweet relish, 3g garlic, 3g onion, 1g salt, 1g pepper, 5g white vinegar, and 10g Worcestershire sauce to make the Big Mac sauce.
  6. 6Once the beef is halfway cooked, add in your onions and continue cooking until done.
  7. 7Add the cooked protein pasta to the cooked beef and onions.
  8. 8Add 300g chopped tomatoes to the mixture.
  9. 9Stir in the prepared Big Mac sauce.
  10. 10Mix everything thoroughly and distribute into 10 meal preps.
