Albaik Garlic Sauce
Directions
- 1In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1/3 cup of corn starch. Mix well and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes until thickened and clear.
- 2Let the corn starch mixture cool and thicken into a jelly-like consistency.
- 3In a food processor or blender, combine the cooled corn starch mixture (70gms), 2 cloves of garlic, and 3/4 cup of milk. Mix until well combined.
- 4Add ½ tsp of salt to the mixture.
- 5With the food processor running, slowly add 1 cup of oil through a funnel.
- 6Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice and blend again.

- 0.75 cup milk
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup oil
