Add the chicken mince and seasoning in a bowl and mix well to combine.

Divide the mince into 5 x 150g patties and set aside.

Smash and crush the cornflakes into coarse crumbs and place them in a bowl.

Add all the spices and seasoning and mix well to combine.

Place the patties in the beaten egg, coat, and remove any excess.

Transfer the patties to the seasoned cornflakes and coat well.

Place onto a baking tray and repeat with the remaining batches.

The patties can be cooked in an oven at 200°C or 390°F for 20-22 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Flip halfway through.

For the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Toast the buns to your liking.

Place 1/5 of the sauce on the top and bottom buns.

Add lettuce, burger patty, and cheese (optional).

Top with the other bun half.

Wrap the burgers in food paper and store in airtight containers or ziplock bags.

1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Celery Salt
0.5 tsp Ground White Pepper
3 Eggs
120 g Cornflakes
0.5 tsp Dried Thyme
0.5 tsp Dried Basil
0.5 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Celery Salt
1 tsp Mustard Powder
1.5 tsp Sweet or Smoked Paprika
0.25 tsp Garlic Salt
0.5 tsp Ground Ginger
0.5 tsp Ground Black and White Pepper
5 Low Carb Burger Buns
150 g Lettuce
5 Cheese Slices
125 g Natural Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Franks Hot Sauce
0 Salt
0 Ground White Pepper

Tips
Make sure all of the spices and seasonings are mixed through.
Stretch the patties slightly bigger than your burger buns.
Be gentle with the patties when coating them in egg and crumbs.
Lightly spray the top of the chicken patties with spray oil to prevent sticking.
Flip the patties halfway through cooking.
You can toast the buns or leave them fresh.
You can use any lettuce of your choice.
Cheese is optional and not included in the macros.
