McChicken Style Rice Paper Roll
Directions
- 1Combine cornflakes, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
- 2Pound chicken breast with a rolling pin in a plastic bag.
- 3Coat the chicken in the cornflake mixture.
- 4Cook the chicken in an air fryer.
- 5Make a sauce using mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper.
- 6Place lettuce on rice paper.
- 7Add chicken and sauce.
- 8Roll the rice paper.
- 9Toast the roll on a pan with sesame seeds.
