4While the oil heats up to 365°F, prepare the sauce in a saucepan by melting half a stick of butter, then add hot sauce and honey. Let it simmer on low heat.
5Deep fry the marinated wings at 365°F for 10-12 minutes.
6Place the fried wings in a bowl, add the simmered sauce, and toss gently. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over the wings.
7Serve the wings with celery sticks and homemade ranch dip (made with blue cheese crumbles, ranch seasoning, mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, and dill).
