Warm your milk in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds or until it reaches 110 degrees.
Whisk together the yeast and milk in a large bowl, then let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
Add brown sugar, mashed bananas, eggs, vanilla, and butter, then mix by hand or with a stand mixer.
Add the flour and mix, then knead for 10 minutes.
Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm spot for 60-90 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
Punch the dough and roll it out into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread softened butter all across the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar all over the butter.
Top the dough with sliced banana pieces.
Roll the dough into a log, placing the seam face down.
Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces.
Grease a 9x13 pan dish with butter or oil and place each cinnamon roll in the pan, then cover with a kitchen towel to rise for 30 minutes.
Once the rolls have risen, pour 1/4 cup of heavy cream on each of the rolls and bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.
For the frosting, beat together the cream cheese and butter.
Add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon, then mix.
Spread the frosting all over the top of each roll.
