Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine all purpose flour, yeast and salt. Add in warm water and mix until you have a wet sticky dough.
  2. 2Drizzle with olive oil and shape into a ball within the bowl.
  3. 3Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 - 1 1/2 hours, until doubled in size.
  4. 4Dump your dough out onto a floured surface, and using more flour shape it into a rough ball.
  5. 5Divide into 4 personal sized pizza doughs.
  6. 6Shape each piece into a tight dough ball, cover and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
  7. 7If baking later, refrigerate and remove for the fridge 1 hour before baking.
  8. 8When ready to bake, pre-heat your oven to 450F with the baking sheet inside.
  9. 9Shape each dough ball into a round pizza but starting from the centre of the ball and stretching outwards until you have a thin almost see through round pizza.
  10. 10Transfer to piece of floured parchment paper and add any desired toppings.
  11. 11Transfer pizza with the parchment paper onto the preheated baking sheet and bake for 15-30 minutes, until pizza dough is golden and crispy.
  12. 12Allow to cool slightly and enjoy!
