Combine 1 cup of cornflakes (broken up if preferred), 1 cup of self-raising flour, half a cup of shredded coconut, and half a cup of sugar in a bowl.

Add 125 grams of melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix well.

Press the mixture firmly and evenly into a lined baking tin.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.

While the slice cools, prepare the chocolate icing by whisking together 1 cup of icing sugar, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, and 1 tablespoon of milk.

If the icing is too thick, add another half a tablespoon of milk.

Pour the icing over the still warm slice and spread it out evenly.

Add sprinkles on top.

Let the icing set, then slice and enjoy.

Tips
You can break up the cornflakes or leave them whole.
Brown sugar or white sugar can be used.
Before pressing into the tin, you can add chocolate chips or dried fruit.
Pour icing over the slice while it is still warm.
