Directions
- 1Start with 200 grams of room temperature butter.
- 2Whip the butter until it is pale.
- 3Scrape around the sides of the bowl.
- 4Gradually add in 400 grams of icing sugar, mixing well in between each stage.
- 5Add in a splash of milk and some vanilla extract.
- 6Give the mixture one last mix.
- 7Mix by hand to remove any air bubbles.
