Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. 2Finely blend the rolled oats in a food processor, then mix in the cocoa powder and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and stir in the yogurt, eggs, and honey until smooth.
  4. 4Add the wet ingredients to the dry, stir, and add water to adjust the batter consistency before folding in the chocolate chips.
  5. 5Transfer the mixture to a parchment-paper-lined pan and bake for 35 minutes.
  6. 6Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.

  • 2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup water

Tips

  • Add a little water to improve the batter consistency if needed.
