- 8Prepare a homemade chocolate whipped cream by mixing heavy cream, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar.
- 9Spread the chocolate whipped cream on top of the pudding layer.
- 10Drizzle more fudge sauce across the top of the whipped cream.
- 11Sprinkle marshmallow bits and mini chocolate chips across the top for garnish.
