Lemon Brownies
Directions
- 1Cream together the butter and sugar.
- 2Add the eggs, lemon zest and lemon juice.
- 3Add the flour and mix until well combined.
- 4Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- 5Make the icing by combining powdered sugar and water.
- 6Once the brownies are baked and cooled, frost with the icing and cut into squares.
