Directions

  1. 1Add instant coffee to a glass bowl.
  2. 2Pour in white sugar.
  3. 3Add hot water.
  4. 4Mix for around 5 minutes with an electric mixer until a thick, creamy consistency is achieved.
  5. 5Scrape the sides of the bowl with a spatula to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
  6. 6Pour the whipped coffee mixture into an airtight container.
  7. 7Smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. 8Place the container in the freezer overnight.
  9. 9Fill a tall glass with ice.
  10. 10Pour milk over the ice.
  11. 11Scoop the frozen whipped coffee into the glass.
  12. 12Add a straw and enjoy.
  13. 13Optionally, add more milk to taste.
