Directions

  1. 1Add mayonnaise, yellow mustard, anchovy paste, Worcestershire, garlic cloves, lemon juice, lemon zest, and black pepper to a bowl.
  2. 2Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. 3Add finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano to the mixture.
  4. 4Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the dressing is thick.

  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp anchovy paste
  • 1.25 tbsp worcestershire
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1.25 cup parmigiano-reggiano, finely grated
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
