Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 175°C.
- 2In a bowl, mix melted (and cooled) butter with sugar.
- 3Add eggs and vanilla, mix on medium speed.
- 4Add flour and starch, mix well.
- 5Pour batter into a prepared cake pan.
- 6Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar on top.
- 7Bake for 35 minutes.
- 8Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
