In a hot pan, add grass-fed butter with fresh garlic, chopped onions and bell peppers.

Cook for 5 minutes until soft.

Add your lean ground beef, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.

Mix and cook for 8 minutes until golden brown.

Add light cream cheese, low-fat mozzarella, cheese slices and pasta water.

Mix until creamy.

Add your cooked macaroni.

Distribute equally into four servings.
Ingredients
800 g Raw Beef Mince (I use topside/top round beef)
20 g Grass Fed Butter (For cooking)
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Medium Onion Chopped
0.5 each Red/Green/Yellow Bell Peppers
1.5 Tsp Salt
1.5 Tsp Pepper
1.5 Tsp Paprika
1.5 Tsp Chilli Flakes
140 g Light Cream Cheese
50 g Mozzarella
3 Light Cheese Slices
125 ml Pasta Water
240 g Uncooked Macaroni
560 g Cooked Macaroni

Tips
Cook the Macaroni first in boiling water then remove some pasta water to use later in the recipe
Cook the onions and bell peppers for 5-6 mins till fragrant and soft before adding the beef
You can either remove the veg when cooking the beef or make a well in the middle like shown in the video
Make sure you cook the beef thoroughly before adding the cream cheese
Lower the heat once you start making it creamy
