- 11Whisk the wet ingredients until combined.
- 12Whisk the dry ingredients until combined.
- 13Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- 14Whisk until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth.
- 15Add 3/4 cup of hot water to the mixture.
- 16Whisk the mixture until well combined.
