Skyrim Mead
Directions
- 1Add honey to your vessel.
- 2Add juniper berries, dried yarrow, and dried hibiscus flower.
- 3Top it all off with water. Leave a little bit of head space so that there's room to add yeast.
- 4Add yeast nutrient and acids.
- 5Hydrate your yeast. Follow the instructions on the packet.
- 6Add yeast to the mixture.
- 7Stir everything together.
- 8Add an airlock so the gasses produced during fermentation can escape while alcohol is produced.
- 9Set aside and let it ferment.

- 1 bottle water
- 1 small bowl yeast nutrient
- 1 small bowl acids
- 1 packet brewing yeast
