Directions

  1. 1Add honey to your vessel.
  2. 2Add juniper berries, dried yarrow, and dried hibiscus flower.
  3. 3Top it all off with water. Leave a little bit of head space so that there's room to add yeast.
  4. 4Add yeast nutrient and acids.
  5. 5Hydrate your yeast. Follow the instructions on the packet.
  6. 6Add yeast to the mixture.
  7. 7Stir everything together.
  8. 8Add an airlock so the gasses produced during fermentation can escape while alcohol is produced.
  9. 9Set aside and let it ferment.

  • 1 small bowl juniper berries
  • 1 small bowl dried yarrow
  • 1 small bowl dried hibiscus flower
  • 1 bottle water
  • 1 small bowl yeast nutrient
  • 1 small bowl acids
  • 1 packet brewing yeast
