Directions
1
Divide the dough into four equal parts. If weighing, make four perfect dough balls.
2
Shape each dough portion into a ball by pulling the edges to the center to create a rounded bottom.
3
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
4
Let the dough balls rest for 10 minutes.
5
Chop up any vegetables and other toppings needed for the pizzas.
6
Shape each pizza dough into a pizza, pressing it out and shaping it to the desired size.
7
Place the shaped dough into a pizza pan, adding a small ledge or fitting it to the pan.
8
Alternatively, use a roller to get the desired shape.
9
Poke the pizza dough a few times with a fork to prevent it from blowing up in the oven.
10
Par-bake the pizzas in the preheated 400-degree oven for 8 minutes.
11
Add desired toppings to the par-baked pizzas.
12
For storage, wrap the prepared pizzas with Saran wrap and stack them in the freezer.
13
When ready to eat, bake the pizzas from frozen at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes.
