Crack one egg into each of the small bowls.

Add chocolate protein powder to each bowl.

Add Greek yogurt to each bowl.

Pour milk into each bowl.

Add maple syrup to each bowl.

Add cocoa powder to each bowl.

Add baking powder to each bowl.

Add plain or gluten-free flour to each bowl.

Mix all ingredients in each bowl thoroughly until smooth and there are no lumps.

Bake the pancake bowls in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is cooked.

Once baked, top each pancake bowl with chopped strawberries.

50 g Greek yogurt
70 ml milk
35 g all purpose flour OR Oat Flour
25 g whey chocolate protein powder
1 tsp sweetener
0.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cocoa powder
2 chopped strawberries
3 chopped strawberries

Tips
Mix everything very well to ensure no lumps and achieve a cake batter consistency.
You can top with more sweetener if desired.
Baked pancake bowls can be stored in the fridge or freezer.
For reheating, remove strawberries, microwave for about 3 minutes, then add strawberries back. Can also be eaten cold.
