Directions

  1. 1Cook butter on the stove until it turns brown.
  2. 2Add sugar and stir until it looks like wet sand.
  3. 3Add egg and vanilla essence, stir.
  4. 4Add flour and baking soda, fold gently, do not overmix.
  5. 5Add dark chocolate chunks.
  6. 6Chill the dough for half an hour.
  7. 7Bake at 175 degrees celsius for 12-14 minutes.

  • 100 g sugar
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 splash vanilla essence
  • 185 g all-purpose flour
  • 3 g baking soda
  • 1 measure with your heart dark chocolate
