1 lb ground beef
24 oz Velveeta Shells and Cheese
1 cup water
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
1 onion, diced
10 oz rotel, undrained
2 tbsp ranch dry seasoning
2 tbsp taco seasoning
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cilantro, optional

Tips
For a quicker meal, use pre-cooked ground beef. For less heat, use mild rotel. Pepper jack or Monterey Jack cheese can be substituted for cheddar.
Bulk buy beef and brown extra for future use, freezing portions in labeled freezer bags to save time later.
Serve with side salad or green beans for a complete meal
