1Cut the whole chicken along the backbone to butterfly it.

5Mix well to create a marinade.
6Pour the marinade over the chicken and rub it in thoroughly.
7On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, add chopped potatoes, red onion, carrots, parsnips, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, corn on the cob, and thyme sprigs.
8Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and chicken broth.
9Mix the vegetables with some of the marinade.
10Place the marinated chicken on top of an open can of Old Tyme Ginger Beer in the center of the baking tray with the vegetables.
11Place slices of butter on top of the chicken.
12Pour more chicken broth over the vegetables.
13Cover the chicken and vegetables with aluminum foil.
14Bake in the oven.
15In a pan, melt butter.
16Add minced garlic, thyme sprigs, and diced red chilies to the pan.
17Pour in honey and Walkerswood Smokey Jerk-Pan BBQ Sauce.
18Add chicken broth to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.
19Remove the chicken and vegetables from the oven.
20Baste the cooked chicken with the prepared BBQ sauce.
21Serve the chicken with the roasted vegetables and seasoned rice.
22Drizzle extra sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
23Dip chicken pieces into the sauce for extra flavor.
