Honey Mascarpone Peaches

Directions
- 1Brush the halved peaches with a little olive oil.
- 2Sprinkle the peaches with brown sugar.
- 3Grill until the the sugar begins to caramelize and the peaches have grill marks.
- 4Mix together mascarpone, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- 5Remove the peaches from the grill and set aside for them to cool.
- 6Top with the mascarpone mixture and fresh thyme.
