Directions
- 1Add sugar into the blender.
- 2Add two eggs into the blender.
- 3Add two egg yolks into the blender.
- 4Add lemon zest into the blender.
- 5Juice the lemons.
- 6Pour the lemon juice into the blender.
- 7Add butter into the blender.
- 8Put on the lid of the blender, shake it up and blend it together.
- 9Pour the mixture into a saucepan.
- 10Put the saucepan on the stove at about a four, just below medium.
- 11Stir the mixture in the saucepan the whole time.
- 12Slowly bring the mixture up to 172 degrees Fahrenheit.
