Directions

  1. 1Lavar muy bien el matalí para quitarle toda la tierra.
  2. 2Agregar el matalí en agua caliente.
  3. 3Agregar las hojas de maguey.
  4. 4Cocer por más de 30 minutos.
  5. 5Colar la infusión.
  6. 6Endulzar con azúcar al gusto.
  7. 7Agregar jugo de limón al gusto.
  8. 8Agregar hielo y decorar con una hojita de matalí.

  • 1 manojo matalí
  • 6 hojas hoja de maguey criollo
  • 1 cantidad al gusto azúcar
  • 1 cantidad al gusto jugo de limón
