Sausage Biscuit and Gravy Casserole

Directions

  1. 1Spread the cut biscuits in a prepared 9x13 baking dish.
  2. 2Top with the sausage then the cheese.
  3. 3Whisk the eggs, milk, salt & pepper together and pour over top.
  4. 4Pour over the gravy saving some (1/4 to 1/2) for serving.
  5. 5Bake at 375 for about 30-35 minutes until eggs are set.
  6. 6Serve topped with the remaining gravy.

Ingredients

  • 1 can buttermilk biscuits cut into fourthss
  • 12 oz breakfast sausage cooked
  • 1 c shredded cheddar
  • 6 each eggs
  • c milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 packet peppered gravy prepared according to package
