10Throw them down into a cast iron skillet to brown them a little bit and get the skin a little bit crispy.

You can use chicken thighs instead of chicken legs.
You can use whatever seasoning you want.
You just want to get it brown a little bit and get the skin a little bit crispy.
When the gravy has thickened add the chicken back to the pan, cook it in the oven at 360 for about 45 minutes and serve with rice, broccoli and corn on the cob.
It should look very seasoned like this before putting it in the cast iron skillet.
