Directions

  3. 3For the dredge, combine all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, MSG, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, thyme, ginger, paprika, mustard, and pepper.
  4. 4Mix the dredge thoroughly.
  5. 5Dredge the chicken in the spice mixture.
  6. 6Fry the chicken at 360 Fahrenheit until golden brown.
