Directions
- 1Grip your cucumber and use a sharp mandoline to slice it without cutting your fingers.
- 2Go slow when you get near the tip.
- 3Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, Lao Gan Ma, black sesame seeds, and MSG to the sliced cucumbers.
