Directions

  1. 1In a measuring cup, mix 1 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix well.
  2. 2Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook until it thickens.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it cool down.
  4. 4In a separate bowl, beat 1/2 cup of whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. 5Add the cooled chocolate mixture to the whipped cream and mix using a hand mixer.
  6. 6Pour the mixture into a mold and spread some chocolate chips over the top.
  7. 7Keep in the freezer for 6 hours or overnight.
