Pour oil into a pan, add half a handful of carrots and 5 shrimps and stir-fry.
Add 1.5 spoons of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of fish sauce, 1 spoon of allulose, and 1 spoon of sriracha and stir-fry to slightly evaporate the fish sauce flavor.
Add 250ml of water, dissolve 1/2 spoon of peanut butter.
Add rice noodles (3mm, 90g) and cook for about 8 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring.
When the noodles are cooked and the water has reduced, add a handful of bean sprouts and half a handful of chinese chives and stir-fry.
Add a little cooking oil to one side of the pan, make 1 scrambled egg.
Stir-fry with noodles.
Add peperoncino and nuts, cut according to personal preference.

If you want to feel the Southeast Asian flavor more strongly, add cilantro or fish sauce at the end and stir-fry.
If there is not enough water while cooking, add more while cooking, depending on the heat of each household.
