Directions

  1. 1Stuff chicken breast fillets with ham and cheese.
  2. 2Coat the stuffed fillets in beaten eggs, flour, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. 3Fry the coated fillets in hot oil.
  4. 4Place the fried fillets in a baking dish.
  5. 5Add tomato sauce to the baking dish.
  6. 6Arrange the fried fillets in the baking dish with tomato sauce.
  7. 7Pour more tomato sauce on top of the fillets.
  8. 8Cover with slices of mozzarella and a bit of flour.
