Directions

  1. 1감자 껍질을 벗기고 얇게 썰어줍니다.
  2. 2썰은 감자를 물에 잠시 담가 전분기를 빼줍니다.
  3. 3물기를 빼고 후추, 고춧가루, 소금을 넣어 간을 합니다.
  4. 4밀가루 60g을 넣고 잘 섞어줍니다.
  5. 5기름을 두른 팬에 감자채를 동그랗게 말아 넣고 10분간 튀겨줍니다.

  • 1 2tsp 소금
  • 60 g 밀가루
