Ginger Sesame Pork Meatballs

Directions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 450F.
  2. 2In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, minced ginger, minced cilantro, minced green onion, minced basil, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and 1 1/2 teaspoons chili flake until fully combined.
  3. 3Portion the pork mixture into 20 equal balls, place them on a parchment-lined sheet tray, and roast in the oven.
  4. 4Remove the meatballs from the oven once the centers are no longer pink and the outside is golden brown.
  5. 5Heat a medium pan over medium heat with 1 teaspoon of oil. Add the minced ginger and garlic for the sauce and sauté.
  6. 6Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 3/4 cup water, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch to the pan, whisking together until the sauce reduces to a thick and creamy consistency.

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbs cornstarch
  • 1 tsp oil

Tips
