Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone liners.

  5. 5Make the cinnamon sugar mixture by stirring together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  6. 6Scoop dough into large 3-tablespoon portions and roll into balls.
  7. 7Roll each ball in cinnamon sugar.
  8. 8Place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  9. 9Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.
