Directions

  1. 1Slice the pineapple into manageable pieces.
  2. 2Place the pineapple pieces in a pan.

  6. 6Transfer the cooked pineapple to a blender.
  7. 7Pour the cooking liquid from the pan into the blender with the pineapple.
  8. 8Add coconut chunks to the blender.
  9. 9Blend the mixture until smooth.
  10. 10Pour the blended mixture through a strainer cloth into a bowl to separate the juice from the pulp.
  11. 11Squeeze the cloth to extract all the liquid.
  12. 12Add sugar to the juice and stir until dissolved.
  13. 13Pour the juice over ice into a glass.
