Hotdog Pinecones

Directions

  1. 1Make a crosshatch pattern on hotdogs to create a pinecone look.
  2. 2Use mustard as a binder and add your favorite barbecue rub.
  3. 3Put it in the smoker at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. 4Cut the hotdogs into thirds and put them in a cast iron pan.
  5. 5Add honey and Melinda's Japanese barbecue sauce.
  6. 6Put it back in the smoker at 350 degrees for another 30 minutes.
