Make a crosshatch pattern on hotdogs to create a pinecone look.

Use mustard as a binder and add your favorite barbecue rub.

Put it in the smoker at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cut the hotdogs into thirds and put them in a cast iron pan.

Add honey and Melinda's Japanese barbecue sauce.

Put it back in the smoker at 350 degrees for another 30 minutes.
