2If feeling frisky, you can brown it first, cut it in half, and spread it out.
3In a mixing bowl, add 1.5 cups of ketchup, 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
4Whisk all the ingredients in the mixing bowl until beautifully combined.
5Pour the mixture over the roast in the crockpot.
6Put the lid on and set your crockpot to low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
7Once the time is up, take the lid off.
8Shred the meat using two forks.
9Pour the shredded meat back into the juices.
10Mix the shredded meat and juices together using tongs.
11Put the lid back on for 10 or 15 minutes.
12Take the lid off.
13Toast the hamburger bun and spread mustard on it.
14Pile some meat on the bun.
15Add pickles and jalapeños on top.
16Top with the other bun half.
17Pick up the sandwich and put it inside your mouth.
