Directions

1Fill silicone molds with pink mousse and add a layer of sponge cake
2Pour a second layer of pink mousse over the sponge cake
3Remove the spheres from the mold
4Pour glaze over the spheres
5Dip sponge cakes in yellow cream and then coat them in coconut
6Assemble the dessert by placing the coated sponge cakes at the base of each pink sphere
7Add raspberries and blueberries as garnish
8Add small green leaves as a final garnish
