Cook two cups of short-grain sushi rice.

Dump the cooked rice into a big bowl.

Add half a cup of seasoned rice wine vinegar to the rice.

Mix the rice and vinegar.

Set the sushi rice aside.

Shred six to seven pieces of imitation crab.

Add shredded crab to a bowl.

Add thinly sliced cucumber to the crab.

Add a good amount of mayonnaise, sriracha, and a couple of splashes of soy sauce to the crab and cucumber mixture.

Mix everything in the bowl.

Chop the crab salad mixture with scissors.

Cook the seasoned shrimp in a pan for a couple of minutes per side until done.

Take a nori sheet and split it into four pieces.

Spread a thin layer of rice on one piece of nori.

Flip the nori with rice over.

Spread a nice layer of cream cheese on the nori.

Add shrimp, crab salad, and avocado slices on top of the cream cheese.

Place another nori piece with a little dab of cream cheese on top.

Prepare the batter for breading by mixing one cup of flour, one cup of cornstarch, and about one and a half cups of water.

Dip the sushi sandwich into the batter, ensuring all angles are covered.

Transfer the battered sushi sandwich to a bowl of panko bread crumbs and coat it completely.

Repeat for the rest of the sushi sandwiches.

Let the prepared sushi sandwiches sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes to firm up.

Heat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Fry the sushi sandwiches for around five to six minutes total until golden brown.

Once fried, remove and let cool slightly.

Slice each fried sushi sandwich in half.

Drizzle with spicy mayo, teriyaki sauce, sriracha, and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.

Tips
For the breading, make sure the mixture is watery.
