1Add 2 cans of drained tuna to a medium mixing bowl.
2Finely dice half or 1 full jalapeño, the dill pickles, & diced red onion. Toss them in with the tuna.
3Boil 2 medium eggs for 7.5 mins. Drop them into an ice bath, peel, dice, & add to the bowl for that extra protein boost.
4Stir in 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1.5 to 2 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce, and a pinch of salt & pepper. Mash well with a fork until well combined.
5Scoop out a large English cucumber and scoop in your tuna.
6Top it off with some sesame seeds and a drizzle of chipotle hot sauce.

Tips
Deseed jalapeño if you want less spice.
You can use lettuce, bell pepper, or sourdough as an alternative to cucumber.
Boil eggs for 7.5 minutes and then put them in an ice bath to peel and dice easily.
