Grab a frozen pie crust, thaw it, poke holes in it, and then throw it in the oven per the instructions.

While the pie crust cooks and cools, grab a saucepan and add 3/4 of a cup of sugar and three tablespoons of cornstarch.

Whisk the sugar and cornstarch together quickly.

Add 1 cup of Seven Up and half a cup of tap water to the saucepan.

Whisk all ingredients until combined, then bring it to a boil, stirring frequently until the sugar dissolves and it thickens.

Add one box of strawberry Jell-O mix and whisk until it's dissolved and a beautiful red, then set it aside to cool.

Take the cooked and cooled pie crust and the destemmed, washed, and halved strawberries.

Pour the strawberries into the pie crust and pack them in nicely.

Once your Jell-O mixture has cooled off for about 5 minutes, pour it all over the strawberries in the pie crust.

Put the pie in the fridge for a few hours until it's fully set.

Cut out a piece of the set pie and serve on a plate.

Add some whipped cream if desired.

0.75 cup sugar

1 cup Seven Up
0.5 cup tap water
1 box strawberry Jell-O mix
strawberries, destemmed, washed, and cut in half

Tips
Pack the strawberries into the pie crust tightly.
Let the Jell-O mixture cool for about 5 minutes before pouring over strawberries.
