Directions

  1. 1Combine peach slices, cream cheese, and heavy cream in a bowl and blend until smooth.
  2. 2Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and then combine with the peach mixture, stirring until uniform.
  3. 3Pour the mixture into a lined square baking pan.
  4. 4Bake at 180 degrees Celsius.
  5. 5Garnish with powdered sugar and slice into squares.

  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 6 egg
  • 100 g sugar
