Juicy Marinated Steak

Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire, lemon juice, brown sugar (or honey), garlic, pepper, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. 2Place the steak in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish.
  3. 3Pour the marinade over it.
  4. 4Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, ideally 4–6 hours for maximum juiciness.
  5. 5Remove steak from the fridge 15 minutes before cooking so it’s not too cold.
  6. 6Heat a grill or skillet to medium-high.
  7. 7Cook steak for 4–6 minutes per side, depending on thickness and preferred doneness.
  8. 8Let the steak rest for 5 minutes to keep the juices inside.
  9. 9Slice against the grain, add parsley or butter if you like, and serve warm.

Tips
