Generously season both sides of the steaks with salt and black pepper.

Add a drizzle of oil to a hot pan and sear the steaks.

Add butter, fresh thyme sprigs, and garlic cloves to the pan, and baste the steaks until cooked to your preference.

Remove the steaks from the pan and let them rest.

In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion and red bell pepper until softened.

Add minced garlic, another knob of butter, tomato paste, and cajun seasoning, then stir to combine.

Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.

Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted.

Add the cooked rigatoni pasta and toss until well coated.

Slice the steak, serve over the pasta, and garnish with chopped parsley and red chili flakes.
