Directions
- 1Peel and cube up a few large russet potatoes.
- 2Add potatoes to a bowl with some olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- 3Shake the potatoes around to coat them evenly.
- 4Add the seasoned potatoes to your air fryer.
- 5Air fry the potatoes at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, shaking them around at least a couple times while they cook.
- 6Heat a pan until nice and hot.
- 7Drop in 1 pound of ground beef and break it apart.
- 8Add the seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, chili powder, cumin, and dried cilantro.
- 9Cook the ground beef until it's nice and brown.
- 10Add minced garlic to the ground beef and stir well.
- 11Once potatoes are cooked, add them to the pan with the ground beef.
- 12Stir in the crispy potatoes with the ground beef.
- 13Top with some shredded cheddar cheese.
- 14Pop the skillet in the oven for just a couple of minutes to get the cheese melted.
- 15Drizzle some queso over the top.
- 16Hit it with some fresh cilantro (unless you don't like cilantro).
- 17Serve up with your favorite taco toppings.
- 18Add a little bit of sour cream and some taco sauce.
