Directions
- 1Add two eggs and 1/3 cup of vegetable oil into a mixing bowl.
- 2Add one strawberry cake mix into this mixture and combine it well until it forms into a dough consistency, starting with a spatula and then kneading with hands.
- 3Place the dough in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
- 4Roll out all of the dough and place them on a non-stick baking sheet.
- 5Bake them at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes.
- 6Let them cool completely at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- 7For the topping, use buttercream, which is a whipped vanilla frosting.
- 8For the topping used on the side of the cookies, crush down one pack of vanilla Oreos using a food processor and add in one pack of strawberry jello mix.
- 9Chop up some strawberries and place a slice directly in the center of each cookie.
