Directions
- 1Crack the eggs into a bowl.
- 2Add sugar and vanilla sugar.

- 8Grate lemon zest and add lemon juice.
- 9Mix well.
- 10Pour the dough onto a baking tray.
- 11Pour whipping cream into a bowl.
- 12Add powdered sugar.
- 13Mix with a mixer.
- 14Add orange juice and mix with a mixer.
- 15Put the whipped cream in a piping bag.
- 16Cut out circles from the baked dough.
- 17Place the circles on a plate and brush with orange juice.
- 18Pipe whipped cream on top.
- 19Crush the remaining dough into crumbs.
- 20Coat the cakes with the crumbs.
- 21Decorate with some powdered sugar.
