Directions

  1. 1Add 4 Pineapple Chunks to a glass.
  2. 2Add 45ml/1.5oz Lime Juice.
  3. 3Muddle.
  4. 4Add 45ml/1.5oz Tequila.
  5. 5Add 22.5ml / .75oz Aperol.
  6. 6Add 22.5ml / .75oz Triple Sec.
  7. 7Add 1 oz Agave Syrup and Ice.
  8. 8Shake.
  9. 9Add Ice to a glass.
  10. 10Strain the cocktail into the glass.
  11. 11Garnish with a slice of orange.

  • 1 oz Agave Syrup
  • Ice

Tips

  • I didn’t film myself adding the agave syrup though, I added 1 oz but you could probably get away with 0.5oz / 15ml
